Asset Manager

Asset Management professional with 3+ years of experience in real estate and finance, responsible for developing and executing asset strategies, monitoring performance, supporting acquisitions and due diligence processes, overseeing refurbishment projects, and coordinating with investors, advisors, lenders, and operating partners. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills. Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

· Create, propose, evaluate and perform asset management strategies in line with the asset business plans

· Preparation and presentation of asset strategy for investors and internally

· Follow renovation and Refurbishment projects directly or oversight external stakeholders.

· Create, maintain, and present detailed information with respect to profit/loss, rate of return, cash flow, and performance

· Assist and support investment underwritings and DD process in the region

· Interface with external parties, including coordination of 3rd party advisors, financers and operating partners, as necessary

· Ensure the flow of data is accurate and correct

· Liaison with asset on-site team.

· Input for quarterly valuations

Technical Skills And Qualifications

· 3+ years’ experience in Finance or Real Estate (capital transactions, real estate consulting firms, Asset Managers firms, RE fund…)

· Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written

· Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

· Financial, analytical and strong modelling skills (high proficiency in Microsoft Excel)

· Fluent language skills in Spanish and English are mandatory, knowledge of French would be considered as plus
