Business Controller

We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to join a leading multinational company within the industrial sector. In this strategic role, you will support business decision-making through financial planning, profitability analysis and performance reporting, working closely with key stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning processes.
• Analyse sales performance, margins and profitability, identifying risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
• Prepare executive reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Define, monitor and analyse key business performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the calculation and monitoring of commercial incentive schemes.
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of business information across different departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and finance digitalisation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Around 10 years of experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or similar positions.
• Previous experience within an industrial, manufacturing or comparable environment.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, margin and profitability analysis.
• Experience preparing high-level management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) will be highly valued.
• Professional level of English.
