Land Transport Operations

We are looking for a committed team member to support the Land Transport department, ensuring a seamless procurement flow of parts between the central warehouses and regional logistic centers across Europe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and organizing daily transport activities, solving operational incidents, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily transport flows from central warehouses to regional distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage carrier communication, ensuring timely pick‑ups, deliveries, truck optimization and issue resolution.
• Monitor transport performance, tracking delays, deviations, and escalating issues when needed.
• Act as the main operational contact person for central and regional warehouses, resolving issues before, during, and after transport.
• Ensure accurate documentation and correct data entry across internal systems.
• Support cost‑related processes, including verification of freight invoices and claim initiation.

Candidate Requirements

• Studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact confidently with carriers and other internal departments on a daily basis.
• Fluent and confident daily user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP or transport management systems is valuable.
