Consultor Producto GRC

A fast-growing cybersecurity and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software company is looking for a hands-on and customer-oriented professional to join its core team. This role combines customer interaction, product collaboration, and advisory support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across consulting, technology, and customer enablement in a pragmatic and highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver customer workshops and onboarding sessions related to GRC processes, risk management, compliance frameworks, and platform adoption. * Support prospective customers through product demonstrations and solution-oriented discussions. * Provide occasional customer support through forums and email communication. * Collaborate closely with the internal team on product definition, feature design, documentation, testing, and continuous platform improvement. * Support lightweight consulting engagements related to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. * Act as a bridge between customer requirements, product evolution, and practical GRC implementation needs.

Candidate Profile

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Previous exposure to GRC, IT audit, cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance-related activities.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms and workflows; previous experience with Eramba is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote and distributed environment.
• Pragmatic, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Europe-based candidates preferred, although non-EU European countries are also considered (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.).
