Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain data transformation models using DBT * Develop, optimize, and manage ETL pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data flow * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across transformation layers * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues on time * Document data models, transformations, and workflows for team visibility * Support Business Intelligence reporting needs where applicable

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Proven expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) — model development, testing, and deployment
• Strong ETL knowledge, including pipeline design, data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
