Salesforce Project Manager (Contractor) – Barcelona About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a strategic digital transformation program for a leading international organization based in Barcelona. The selected professional will lead Salesforce-related initiatives, coordinating business and technical stakeholders while ensuring successful project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. This is a contractor opportunity with an initial 12-month engagement and strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from initiation through deployment and hypercare.

• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce consultants, developers, architects, QA teams, and external vendors.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce solutions.

• Drive stakeholder communication at multiple organizational levels.

• Support change management, user adoption, training, and rollout activities.

• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and project management methodologies.

• Prepare executive-level reporting and project status updates.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing IT and digital transformation projects.

• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, rollout, migration, or enhancement projects.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related solutions.

• Experience managing international and multicultural project teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex project environments.

• Professional level of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant, or related certifications).

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications.

• Experience within multinational organizations.

• Previous exposure to CRM transformation programs and customer experience initiatives.
