Technical Data Project Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Data & Analytics initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery of data-driven solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and Agile delivery practices. Employment Type: Permanent Location: Spain (Remote / Hybrid) Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives, ensuring successful execution against scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives. * Own and maintain delivery plans, project milestones, dependencies, and risk registers. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, BI Developers, and AI/ML professionals. * Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution throughout the project lifecycle. * Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners when required. * Lead Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews. * Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders and senior leadership. * Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management across multiple workstreams. * Support governance processes, resource planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data architectures, and analytics pipelines.
• Experience working within Azure-based data and analytics environments.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting platforms, particularly Power BI or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing technical and business stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud-based data transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or AgilePM.
