AI Software Engineer

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our international industrial automation company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, especially RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI architectures, with excellent English communication skills.

Functions:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven applications on cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search systems.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enable autonomous decision-making.
• Build scalable APIs, AI services, and MLOps/data pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize AI application performance, scalability, and cloud costs.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions for LLM applications in production.
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI Software Engineer, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong experience developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Solid knowledge of:
  • RAG architectures
  • LLMs and NLP
  • Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., ADK)
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.)
  • MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow)
  • Kubernetes
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as:
  • PyTorch
  • TensorFlow
  • scikit-learn
  • LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Experience monitoring LLM applications using observability platforms such as Langfuse.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and GCP.
• Fluent English level.
