Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly financial reporting to group under demanding standards: closing packages, intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments
• Day-to-day communication in English with the group finance team
• Business partner to management: analysis of business performance, KPIs and decision-making support
• Supervision and review of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Preparation of the P&L and balance sheet
• General ledger control under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and filing of the corresponding tax returns
• Budget and forecast follow-up, including variance analysis
• Treasury management and relationships with banks
• Oversight of the invoicing process
• Coordination with external advisors and auditors
• Active involvement in improvement projects, including the potential implementation of a new ERP

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to reporting to an international group or parent company
• Fluent English (spoken and written); it will be the daily working language
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience; experience in system migrations or implementations is a plus
• Proactive profile, eager to take on challenges and lead projects
