Senior IT Procurement

We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Procurement professional to join a leading international organisation in Barcelona, supporting technology procurement across a global environment. This is a hands-on, strategic role partnering closely with IT, Finance, Legal and senior business stakeholders to manage sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships and commercial negotiations across the technology landscape.

The role will include:

• Leading end-to-end IT sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Managing software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure and IT services categories
• Running RFI/RFP/RFQ and supplier selection processes
• Negotiating complex technology contracts, renewals and commercial agreements
• Driving cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and commercial value
• Managing strategic technology vendors and supplier performance
• Working with international stakeholders to understand technology requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Supporting procurement governance, compliance and risk management

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in IT / Technology Procurement or Category Management
• A track record of strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation
• Good knowledge of technology contracts and IT supplier markets
• Experience operating in a global or multinational organisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial skills
• Professional English; additional European languages are advantageous
