HRBP - Human Resources Business Partner.

Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe, located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, who will act as a consultant to managers and employees linking HR strategy with business goals.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support general HR activities, including personnel management, recruitment, labor compliance, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

• Provide technical guidance on labor legislation, internal procedures, and company policies.

• Assist in the selection, dispatch, on-site management, performance evaluation and return arrangements of dispatched personnel (Chinese), coordinate and follow up on the entire process of dispatch contracts, compensation benefits, taxes and insurance.

• Provide welfare and administrative support to dispatched personnel, maintaining communication with them and with relevant departments.

• Facilitate the integration of dispatched personnel with the local team, organize cross-cultural training, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Your profile and qualifications:

• University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar activities, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.

• Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written) is mandatory, and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• Knowledge of local and international labor regulations.

• Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza)
