HR Advisor Southern Europe

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Southern Europe HR team based in Madrid, supporting our operations across Spain, Italy and Portugal.

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Southern Europe HR team based in Madrid, supporting our operations across Spain, Italy and Portugal. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to employee experience, talent initiatives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support employee relations cases, including performance management, probation reviews and workplace issues.
• Coordinate key HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions and internal mobility.
• Maintain HR data, reporting and employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor HR metrics including headcount, turnover and employee movements.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to talent mapping, succession planning and regional HR projects across Spain, Italy and Portugal.

About You

• 2–4 years' experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of Spanish employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with HR data.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Experience in an international environment would be an advantage.
