Compliance Manager (MALTA - Valleta)

We are working with a multinational company based in Malta (Valletta) on the search for a Compliance Officer. Approximately 5–8 years of experience in similar roles is required, along with a high level of English and Italian.

A Compliance Manager ensures a company function in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. They are responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks. He/she is responsible for overseeing an organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations.

1. Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.

4. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
5. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.

13. Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
14. Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations
