Sales Director – Industrial Materials & Advanced Manufacturing

The business has built a strong reputation through proprietary know-how, differentiated products and long-standing customer relationships. Having established a solid technical and operational platform, the company is now looking for a commercial leader capable of transforming that strength into scalable and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will take ownership of the global commercial agenda, including sales strategy, distributor management, customer development and commercial excellence initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsabilities
- Define and execute the global commercial growth strategy.
- Develop and optimise distributor and channel partner networks.
- Drive new business development and key account growth.
- Improve sales processes, forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Translate technical product advantages into commercial value propositions.
- Lead strategic customer and partner negotiations.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and result.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales leadership roles.
- Strong track record managing distributors and international markets.
- Experience selling technical, engineered or industrial solutions.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
