Revenue Operations Manager
We are currently partnering with a growing international tech company to recruit a Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimise their revenue cycle across multiple European markets.
About the role:
This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys improving processes and ensuring accuracy across the revenue cycle, from billing and cash collection to debt management and system enhancements. You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, and finance teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant customer billing across multiple markets.
- Oversee and improve the cash collection process, reducing payment cycles and increasing efficiency.
- Manage and control customer debt by implementing effective policies to minimise and resolve outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to maintain the accuracy of sales data within internal systems.
- Document and standardise processes across the revenue cycle, ensuring transparency and robust controls.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording to support timely and precise month-end closings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, Billing, or Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a role involving process or team management.
- Experience within digital environments, e-commerce, B2C, or marketplace business models.
- Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
