Product Digital Manager (CONTRACT)

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: * Developing and executing the technology vision for an integrated omnichannel user experience, including architectural planning, technology selection, and roadmap development. * Working closely with global and local stakeholders to continuously enhance product features and ensure alignment with business goals and return on investment. * Collaborating with customer experience, UX/UI, and design teams to deliver high standards of usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. * Leading the product through its discovery and delivery phases. * Managing service reliability and quality, including levels 1, 2, and 3 support, solution uptime, response times, and security measures. * Overseeing vendor relationships and contracts, including software providers and IT partners, ensuring effective budget and performance management. * Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team, including career development planning, training, and performance evaluation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university degree in digital technologies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Certifications in project and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMI).

• At least eight years of experience working with digital solutions such as mobile platforms, analytics tools, design systems, and video conferencing technologies, including their launch and operational phases.

• A strong understanding of customer-facing digital processes, especially within the insurance or financial services sectors.

• A customer-focused mindset with a deep interest in digital innovation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to lead diverse product teams within a multicultural and international environment.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
