• Lead the functional development of Source to Pay (S2P) processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment for Iberia, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Participate actively in all project phases from design through deployment, guaranteeing effective implementation that adheres to SAP best practices.
• Facilitate and guide Fit-to-Standard workshops in partnership with System Integrator teams, ensuring business processes are fully aligned with SAP standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into SAP language and vice versa, serving as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and validate all necessary Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements (WRICEFs), focusing on maintaining standard solutions wherever possible.
• Oversee testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT), prioritising issues and tracking their resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Review and validate project outputs such as functional designs and training guides, upholding agreed quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate system configuration within the S2P domain and validate related configuration documentation for compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with data teams to guarantee clean data migration and mapping for interfaces in coordination with business units.
• Support end users during training periods, fostering adoption of new processes and tools while monitoring progress and proactively reporting risks or deviations.
