Robert Walters is hiring a C-Level for an important company at the forefront of medical imaging innovation. The mission is to increase early detection of abdominal cancers and pre-cancerous lesions through advanced technology, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life. . The technology integrates seamlessly into radiology workflows and adds value in both clinical diagnosis and research environments, including clinical trials.

We are looking for a profile with 12+ years of professional experience, including:

• Proven scale-up leadership experience (start-up to growth phase).
• Solid fundraising track record (Series A and beyond).
• Prior experience in corporate environments (Big 5 consultancy or major players in healthcare/tech).
• Business development expertise with strong negotiation and strategic partnership skills.

• Background in medical imaging is essential.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities in complex, multi-actor settings (e.g. hospitals, pharma, payers).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
• Barcelona-based or willing to relocate.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated intrinsic motivation for purpose-driven innovation in healthcare.
