Coordinador/a en logística, administración y soporte comercial
Nuestro cliente, un importante laboratorio farmacéutico ubicado en Barcelona que está en plena expansión necesita incorporar un/a Coordinador de Logística, Administración y Soporte Comercial.
Responsabilities:
- Office operations: Overseeing daily office operations, including managing logistics and imports, schedules and correspondence.
- Facility management: Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Support in invoicing management: Managing office invoices, including interaction with the external consultant for accountancy
- Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating office events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, German would be an added value
- Highly structured and organized person
- Experienced in Invoices workflow, Logistics and Events management
- Flexible professional with 360 vision of the tasks in an affiliate.
