Reporting to the Head of TA Continental Europe :
What You’ll Do
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (HR, leadership, external partners).
• Create talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement.
• Support with job description development and sourcing strategy.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates, guiding managers through the selection process.
• Represent the company at career events and local initiatives.
What You Bring
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset and strategic problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms and digital recruitment solutions.
• Familiarity with local labour laws and hiring practices.
• Organised, data-driven and resilient under pressure.
