The Award Process
The Selection Phase:
- A panel jury consisting of ED&I partners, representatives from Robert Walters and top clients, will evaluate all submissions.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a deeper understanding of their success story.
Submission Guidelines:
- Please provide a well-structured and concise description of your initiative.
- Clearly explain the impact your initiative has made on your company and its employees.
- Submissions can be in text, image or PDF format.
